Community homepage

The homepage is your community welcome and information page. It displays messages and reminders including their upcoming one-to-one sessions as well as any invitations and connection requests received. It’s the first page your members will see when they log into your community so you want to make sure it looks good.

Adding a welcome message

You can create and target messages to specific programs that you have set up within your community. These can be text or videos or a combination of the two. We know that some of people hate seeing themselves on video but it has a lot more impact on your clients than text!

Adding your first welcome message

1. In the Settings menu, select Homepage from the sub-menu on the left.
2. Click on Add Message and add a title for your message.
3. If you wish to add a video to your message, paste the url into the box and click Embed video.
4. Add your message text. This can be as long or short as you wish, the box expands to fit your text.

Targeting messages to specific user programmes You can target messages to specific programs within your community. So for example if you have a "First 90 days for Leaders" program and a "Mastermind" program, you can post different messages to appear on their homepage.

Private - keeps the message private allowing you to write messages ready to post later.

Program - message visible to the people within the programs you specify.

Public - visible to everyone in your community.

A message can be visible to several programs, just click on the +Add to select from the programs you have set up.
